when your home bar becomes a home gym…

Originally, this built-in basement bar was an unexpected selling point when we made an offer on our current house. But, through years of disuse, it collected more dust than it did empty bottles. We used it maybe twice a year and eventually came to the realization that the space could be put to much better use. when your kitchen gets a makeover…

My husband and I bought our house back in 2017 with the intention of one day renovating the kitchen. The space itself wasn't bad by any means, but it had so much potential for us to really make it our own. Functionally, it worked as well as any other kitchen, so this project took a back seat to other, more important ones, namely the tearing down of our one car garage to build up a new two car garage. When you host your first baby shower…

Over the weekend I had the honor to host the baby shower for a very special person in my life. She informed me that her and her husband were planning on decorating their nursery in woodland theme, and I knew I had to run with it.
